Reactivating an Existing Prescriber Location

If you have previously inactivated a PrescribeIT® location for an existing prescriber, you have the ability to reactivate that location if the prescriber, for example, is now working at that location.

To reactivate an existing prescriber location:

  1. Select the Doctor button to search for and select a doctor.
  2. In the main tab of the doctor folder, navigate to the Address section and select the tab with the location to activate.
  3. Select the checkbox next to the Location ID. The PharmaClik Rx - PrescribeIT® Warning opens.
  4. Select OK to reactivate the location ID.
  5. Result: The location ID is now active for the prescriber.
